  2. Ensure the Software on Your AirTV Player is Up-to-Date
    Follow these steps to pair your Bluetooth device to your AirTV Player.
    If you are still having problems and the software is up-to-date, continue on to the next step
  3. Reset Your AirTV Player
    Unplug your AirTV Player from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.

  4. Re-Pair the Bluetooth Device to Your AirTV Player Again
