Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

  1. Ensure the AirTV Adapter is Plugged Into the Back of the AirTV Player
    Make sure the AirTV Adapter is plugged securely into the back of the AirTV Player.
    If you are still having problems and the adapter is securely plugged in, continue on to the next step.
  2. Ensure the OTA Antenna is Connected to the AirTV Adapter
    Make sure the OTA antenna is connected securely to the AirTV Adapter.
    If you are still having problems and the wiring is correct and secure, continue on to the next step.
  3. Re-Position Your OTA Antenna
    Move your OTA antenna to try to increase signal strength.
    Refer to antennaweb.org for positioning tips.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
  4. Re-Scan for Local Channels
    Follow these steps to scan for local channels on your AirTV Player.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
  5. Reset Your AirTV Player
    Unplug your AirTV Player from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
