How do I fix it?

Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

  1. Try Connecting Another Device
    Try connecting another device to your internet using WiFi.
    If another device is unable to connect, contact your internet service provider to troubleshoot your internet.
    If another device is able to connect, continue on to the next step
  2. Try Connecting to WiFi
    Follow these steps to connect your AirTV Player to the internet using WiFi.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
  3. Reset Your AirTV Player
    Unplug your AirTV Player from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.

    Try following the connection steps again
