Try Connecting Another Device
Try connecting another device to your internet with the ethernet cable.
If another device is unable to connect, contact your internet service provider to troubleshoot your internet.
If another device is able to connect, continue on to the next step.
Ensure the Wiring Between the AirTV Player and Your Modem/Router is Secure
Make sure the ethernet cable is connected securely to both your AirTV Player and modem/router.
If you are still having problems and the wiring is correct and secure, continue on to the next step.
Reset Your AirTV Player
Unplug your AirTV Player from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
