Why is it Happening?
This problem is caused by AirTV still believing it is paired with the old account.
How do I Fix It?
Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:
Factory Reset Your AirTV
Follow the steps found here to factory reset the AirTV. After AirTV reboots it can be set up with a new account on the Sling App or the AirTV App.
The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
