What is Happening?

The light on the AirTV Player will not come on when the power button is pressed.

Why is it Happening?

This problem is typically caused by a wiring issue, faulty power outlet, or a faulty surge protector.

How do I fix it?

Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

  1. Ensure the Power Cord is Plugged Into Both the Back of the AirTV Player and the Electrical Outlet
    Make sure the power cord is connected securely on the back of the AirTV Player and the electrical outlet.
    If you are still having problems and the power cord is securely plugged in, continue on to the next step.
  2. Reset Your AirTV Player
    Unplug your AirTV Player from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step
  3. Try Another Device in the Same Electrical Outlet
    Plug another device into the same electrical outlet that the AirTV Player was plugged into.
    If the other device does not work in the same outlet, try plugging the AirTV Player into a different outlet.
