This problem is typically caused by a software issue with the app or the AirTV.


How do I Fix It?

Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:


  1. Check your OTA Antenna Placement
    Make sure your Antenna is securely fastened with no obstructions present. Click here for Antenna placement tips.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
  2. Close and Relaunch the App
    Force close the app on the device used for viewing, and then relaunch the app.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
  3. Reset Your AirTV Player
    Unplug your AirTV from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
