Why is it Happening?

This problem is typically caused by a software issue with the app.

How do I fix it?

Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

  1. Close and Relaunch the App
    Force close the app on the device being used to watch the AirTV and then relaunch the app.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
  2. Ensure the app is Up-to-Date
    If using a device where app updates are done manually, check to insure the app is the latest version.
    If you are still having problems and the software is up-to-date, continue on to the next step.
  3. Reset Your AirTV Player
    Unplug your AirTV from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
